What is The Only Up Foundation?

The Only Up Foundation is a mission-driven brand built around personal growth, compassion, connection, and the belief that no one has to rise alone.

We create meaningful products designed to encourage positive conversations and everyday reminders to keep moving forward. A portion of every purchase also goes toward supporting mental health and wellness initiatives.

The Only Up is about choosing to keep moving forward, even when life doesn’t go according to plan. It doesn’t mean every day will be easy or that we can control everything that happens to us. It means we can focus on what we can influence, take responsibility for our next step, and keep growing along the way.
The Only Up Foundation was created from real-life experiences, personal struggles, and a desire to turn those experiences into something positive. The foundation was built to encourage people to look inward, embrace growth, share compassion, and help others feel a little less alone.

Absolutely. Every product is intended to be more than something you buy. The messages are designed to encourage growth, positivity, self-reflection, kindness, and meaningful conversations. Sometimes a simple message is exactly the reminder someone needs.
Our products are produced and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. This allows us to offer a variety of products without holding large amounts of inventory. Because products may be made and shipped through different fulfillment facilities, production and shipping times can vary.

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

We currently ship to the locations available at checkout. As The Only Up Foundation grows, we’re excited to expand our reach and connect with people in more communities around the world.
Because many of our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has entered production. If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
